- All guest rooms have private baths.
- Guest room and villa rates are based on double occupancy, 13% taxes not included.
- Add $25.00 for each additional guest in a room or villa.
- All guest rooms and villas are air-conditioned and have a private patio.
- Rates are slightly higher during Christmas and Easter.

| Reservation Policy: |
A confirmation deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. We are happy to accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, or traveller's checks. To guarantee a reservation of 1 or 2 nights we request a one (1) night's deposit. A deposit of 50% of your total reservation is required for reservations of 3 or more nights. All balances are due in full 30 days prior to arrival. Your reservation deposit may be made by mailing a check to our Miami, Florida bank or with a credit card authorization. Reservations will be held 7 days pending receipt of your confirmation deposit.
If your check, credit card authorization or a communication regarding payment is not received prior to the 7 days, Villa Alegre will assume that you have cancelled your reservation.

| Cancellations: |
Villa Alegre Bed & Breakfast will gladly refund your full deposit with 30 days Prior notice minus an administrative fee. On shorter notice, a refund will be made only if the guest room or villa can be rented.

And Finally a few Details:
CHECK IN TIME: 3:00 pm ~ 6:00pm (unless prior arrangements are made)
CHECK OUT TIME: 12:00pm - Noon
For the comfort of others SMOKING IS RESTRICTED to the verandas, pool area and private patios.
Children welcome, under (3) are free.
